The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight-round match which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally famous for his dramatics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers met for the traditional face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it drove home just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really happening.
